08:00 h : departure from Sofia city
Meeting point: St Alexander Nevski cathedral parking lot (in front of La Cattedrale restaurant).

 

10:00 h : Arrival at Koprivshtitsa center

Guided tour of the charming old town of Koprivshtitsa, nestled in the Sredna gora mountains.
Stroll the cobblestone streets and marvel at the old houses at leisure.

 

12:00 h : Departure from Koprivshtitsa and heading to Plovdiv

 

13:30 h : Arrival in Plovdiv and free time for lunch.

 

14:30 h : Guided tour of the Old Town in Plovdiv. 

The city of Plovdiv is considered the cultural capital of Bulgaria, with its huge variety of cultural events and historic monuments dating back to Roman and Thracian times. Enjoy the next hours sightseeing the Old Town, the artistic Kapana district and discover Roman remains such as the ancient theater and ancient stadium.

19:00 h : Arrival in Sofia. Drop off at St Alexander Nevski cathedral.

Before you go

 

Тhe Old Town of Plovdiv as well as Koprivshtitsa are covered with cobblestones, so please take comfortable shoes to ensure your pleasant walk around the charismatic streets. During summer - we recommend taking your sunglasses, hat and protective sun lotion, as temperatures in Plovdiv can get quite high.

 

 Please note: The tour is not suitable for children under the age of 5 and disabled people.
