Your driver will leave you at convenient location in the town, near the start of the pedestrian zone, for a tour of your own. He will give you basic directions and where the Tourist Information center and Free walking tour starting point are. Free time to explore the city until 17:00 pm


17:00 pm : departure from Plovdiv in direction to Sofia
About 2 hours journey. 


19:00 pm : arrival in Sofia city. Drop off at Alexander Nevski's square in Sofia city centre

Before you go


Тhe Old Town of Plovdiv is covered with cobblestones, so please take comfortable shoes to ensure your pleasant walk. During summer - we recommend taking your sunglasses, hat and protective sun lotion, as temperatures in Plovdiv can get quite high.


Dress code for Bachkovo monastery: long trousers and skirts (at least knee long), no sleeveless tops (take a piece of clothing to cover your shoulders), no hats are allowed in the church of the monastery.
